Plan Away uses a complex table to calculate their pricing so it would be the best idea to ask for a few quotes based on common scenarios within your practice. A simple risk SoA costs $387 (assuming the four main types of cover and estate planning, no replacement of product) and a complex SoA is estimated to cost $628 (not including replacement of product). If you'd like the SoA within 5 business days, add $50 to the above prices.
