I was reading in a book tonight when I came across the thought of considering what you want your customers to become. Not what you want them to buy. Not what service will best suit their needs. Not where they are in your "sales pipeline" Who do you want them to be & how can you help them get there faster, easier & with the most help? Your business may only provide a small part of what they need as they grow but at least you can be a marker, a highlighter, a signpost of what business done well looks like. We create impact, show understanding, stick to our word and delight. All while growing our talents to increase our worth.
